What happens when your account is deleted?

Once your request is processed:

We delete and disable:

• Your Opt-In Eyes user profile
• Your visibility in search results and recommendations
• Your ability to be discovered or contacted by other users
• Your ability to send or receive new messages

What we retain

Messages and conversations you previously had with other users are retained so that those users can keep their conversation history.

We may also retain limited information if required for:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Fraud prevention, security, or abuse investigations

Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and only for these purposes.

Timeline

We typically complete account deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.
